SUMMARY

My personal philosophy is value driven. I foster deep awareness of the responsibility of leadership towards society and nature, and use contemporary sustainability practices to influence systemic change within the fashion industry.

As a systems thinker I strive to change the minds and hearts of my peers and leaders by increasing their cognizance of how our thinking and doing might be contributing to the problems we want to urgently solve. Therefore empowering them to have an industry wide impact by shifting their intentions, thinking and actions. Increasing our collective effectiveness by removing barriers, breaking down silos and actively problem solving.
I’m confident that when team members bring different backgrounds and experiences, the team becomes a source of knowledge that allows us to reach new heights in any environment.
